25 Things to Cheer You up Instantly


 

Having a rough day? Feeling frustrated or maybe you're feeling down. Whatever it is, feeling sad or angry is such a horrible state to be in and you just want to cheer up as fast as you can. Here are 25 things you can do to do just that:
  1. Take in a deep breath -Deep breathes calm you
  2. Yawn- It rejuvenates the brain
  3. Smile for 10 seconds
  4. Hug someone or something (a tree, your cat, your book, yourself!)
  5. Look at a beautiful picture (island, memory
  6. Think of 3 things you like about yourself
  7. Give someone a compliment (even a random stranger passing who might not even hear)
  8. Repeat a bible verse 5 time 
  9. Do a silly dance๐Ÿ’ƒ (Surprise yourself)
  10. Thank God
  11. Turn off your phone
  12. Make popping sounds with your mouth
  13. Look at pictures of cute animals
  14. Talk/call someone you love
  15. List 3 things you are grateful for
  16. Take a walk through nature
